Sausage Making Machine Vacuum Sausage Stuffer

1. The sausage stuffer fill mince meat under vacuum state, preventing fat oxidation and proteolysis, reducing bacteria survival amount. Make the sausage has a longer shelf life, brighter color and pure taste. 
2. Be equipped with automatic sausage twisting device for natural casing, collagen casing, smoke casing, sausage linker speed is 640pcs per minute. 
3. Optional dual filling tube for plastic or nylon sausage casing. Work with sausage clipper machine form a automatic sausage production line.
4. Can fill dry minced meat and juice minced meat both.

Impeller, blade and pump body is designed with high hardness, high wear-resisting stainless steel and master body adopts 304 stainless steel.

The main parts using imported :Japan YASKAWA servo motor and Italy BONFIGILION (German) decelerator as its drive system, also featuring its man-machine interface from Taiwan, Japan
 Mitsubishi PLC and Germany  vacuum pump and ABB waterproof button,
 all material for machine is SUS 304 with 2mm thickness.

2. The PLC controller. You can set the filling speed, sausage weight, sausage linker number, vacuum or not..etc.
Touch screen, different language option, very friendly and easy operation.
3. Elevator. Two option, fixed or moveable. Load the mince meat into sausage stuffer hopper automatically. Improve working efficiency and save labour.
4. Filling Tube optional. If you use plastic sausage casing, remove the twisting device, connect filling tube. The sausage stuffer can work with sausage clipper machine automatically.
