Vacuum mixer ZJB Series is one of our meat-borne food processing machines. In line with customers' convenience, it is designed with reasonable structure, two shafts for mixing, with its specialty switching between clockwise and counter-clockwise rotation, the mixing speed and effect can be greatly improved. Plus adjustable vacuum level, material expands under the function of radial, making a more evenly-distributed raw material for better product quality. The air trapped in the materials during the front-end production processes can be sucked out, and an oxygen-free disinfection can be made to materials, producing a superior looking of the meat under processing, and consequently the shelf life of your products can be extended.
FEATURES AT A GLANCE

1.This machine is designed with reasonable structure, good appearance, stainless steel that greatly facilitates your cleaning.
2. The specialty pneumatic built-in can automatically open and close the cover and the discharger cover. The mixing shaft's rotation is adjustable anytime, which has already meet technology requirements.
3. The vacuum level is adjustable between 0-0.08mpa as per technology requirements.
4. Vacuum system is equipped with material separator. The suction mouth will automatically close when separator is full of materials, so as to avoid materials sucked in vacuum pump.
