The ZKG Series Vacuum Sausage Stuffer is the best choice for sausage making, because:

1. Sausage Linker Device. Twist the natural casing sausage, collagen casing sausage automatically and speedily.
2. The PLC controller. You can set the filling speed, sausage weight, sausage linker number, vacuum or not..etc.
Touch screen, different language option, very friendly and easy operation.
3. Elevator. Two option, fixed or moveable. Load the mince meat into sausage stuffer hopper automatically. Improve working efficiency and save labour.
4. Filling Tube optional. If you use plastic sausage casing, remove the twisting device, connect filling tube. The sausage stuffer can work with sausage clipper machine automatically.
The ZKG Series built with a combination of Japan YASKAWA servo motor and Italy BONFIGILION (German) decelerator as its drive system, also featuring its man-machine interface from Taiwan, Japan Mitsubishi PLC and Germany Busch vacuum pump. Key parts produced by machine center with high precision. All of pump, impeller and blade have are adopted the special heat treatment technique, highly smooth surface, easily to be cleaned up.
